Whether you own a Commercial or Residential building, whether you need HVAC installation or service, our goal is to provide you with key environmental systems expertise. You should be at ease and in control - a feeling of confidence and comfort that we are happy to help you establish and maintain.Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and plumbing fixtures.-Support routine maintenance checks on HVAC and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.-Aid in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with HVAC systems and plumbing components.-Assist in installing and configuring thermostats, ductwork, pipes, and related components.-Ensure all installations comply with local codes and safety standards.-Provide excellent customer service by professionally addressing client inquiries and concerns.-Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent.-Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.-Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices to continually improve skills and knowledge.The ideal candidate should possess : -High school diploma or equivalent.-Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC or plumbing.-Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and plumbing fixtures.-Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians.-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.-Good communication and customer service skills.-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.-Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.-Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in HVAC and plumbing installations.BENEFITS : -Medical, Dental, and Vision Options-Paid Time Off (PTO) : -Holidays-Vacation-Work-Life Balance-Ongoing Training and Development OpportunitiesSchedule : -8 hour shift-Monday to Friday 8 : 00 - 5 : 00 with 1 hour lunch breakWork Location : -In person-Silsbee, TX 77656Why Join At , we value our employees and treat them like family.
