Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate all field activities related to commercial masonry restoration projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and train field crews in safety protocols, technical skills, and best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to address project requirements and resolve issues.
- Monitor project schedules, materials, and labor to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
- Maintain detailed daily reports, documentation, and communication to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Oversee equipment and tool usage, coordinating repairs and replacements as needed.
