Key Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of finish carpentry including doors, hardware, trim, cabinetry, and millwork
• Interpret blueprints and project drawings to meet exact specifications
• Install wood, laminate, and specialty finishes with high attention to detail
• Collaborate with superintendents and project managers on timelines and quality standards
• Measure, cut, and shape materials with precision using hand and power tools
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring compliance with jobsite safety protocols
• Troubleshoot and solve field installation challenges on the fly
• Participate in site walkthroughs and punch-list completion
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial finish carpentry or a related field
• Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and tools for finish work
• Ability to work from blueprints, technical drawings, and verbal instructions
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or on a team
• Willingness to perform other rough carpentry functions when needed.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on commercial or government construction sites
• Familiarity with ADA compliance and commercial hardware installation
• OSHA or other safety certifications a plus
