In this role, you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot fire alarm systems and other low-voltage systems for commercial and industrial projects. What You'll Be Doing

• Install, service, and maintain fire alarm systems and other low-voltage systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
• Troubleshoot and repair fire alarm panels, wiring, and devices to ensure full functionality.
• Work with manufacturers and engineers to ensure proper system design and integration.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Ensure all work is completed according to local, state, and national codes.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance on fire alarm systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients.
• Work on travel projects with per diem when required.
• Maintain a high standard of safety and compliance, including OSHA and fall protection guidelines.
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• Experience in fire alarm systems and low-voltage installations (commercial & industrial settings preferred).
• Strong knowledge of NFPA codes, NEC regulations, and fire alarm systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing fire alarm panels and wiring issues.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with electrical tools, meters, and testing equipment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to travel for projects when necessary.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
• Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus!
