Key Responsibilities :
- System Inspections : Conduct routine inspections and functional tests of fire alarms, sprinklers, portable fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, and kitchen suppression systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintenance & Repairs : Perform maintenance tasks such as cleaning, replacing parts, troubleshooting malfunctions, and coordinating complex repairs.
- Installations & Upgrades : Install new systems in construction or renovation projects, and upgrade existing systems to current safety standards.
- Code Compliance : Stay updated on local and national fire safety codes, ensuring all work meets or exceeds regulatory requirements.
- Customer Support : Collaborate with clients to address safety concerns, explain technical details, and provide fire safety training as needed.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs, generating reports to highlight system conditions and compliance status.
