Job Overview

Final Phase Construction Inc. is hiring skilled Fixture Installers to join our high-performing team of professionals. This position is ideal for experienced installers with a knack for working with metal components, screws, bolts, and pre-manufactured fixtures. In this role, you'll be entrusted with installing a variety of commercial fixtures in grocery stores and big-box retailers across the Western U.S. If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to lead by example, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a crew to install commercial metal fixtures according to project specifications and blueprints.
• Secure shelving, display units, brackets, signage supports, and structural fixtures using screws, bolts, anchors, and brackets.
• Interpret technical drawings and layout plans to ensure correct fixture placement and alignment.
• Operate power tools, impact drivers, and other equipment necessary for fixture assembly and anchoring.
• Maintain organized digital and paper records of time, tasks, and materials via Android tablets and timesheets.
• Adhere to OSHA safety standards including fall protection, lift operation, and general job site protocols.
• Communicate with project managers and other trades to coordinate and execute project goals.
• Travel to out-of-state job sites for up to one week at a time (travel time paid; per diem provided).
  
  

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in fixture installation or a related construction trade.
• Familiarity with fasteners, hand tools, and metal fixture components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation manuals.
• Leadership experience in a commercial construction or fixture installation environment.
• Comfortable using Android tablets for tracking and communication.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and willingness to travel.
• Per diem and mileage reimbursement provided for travel assignments.
