With a growing portfolio of clients in hospitals, schools, and residential projects, we are looking for a skilled and adaptable Flooring Installer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities-Specialized Installations : -Install commercial-grade sheet vinyl, including flash coving and heat welding for seamless finishes.

• Perform commercial carpet installations, including stretch, glue-down, and tile systems.-Handle floor preparation tasks : demolition, grinding, and self-leveling for site readiness.
• Adaptability : -Execute residential installations with a focus on customer satisfaction.-Transition seamlessly between different flooring types, such as vinyl, carpet, and hardwood.
• Safety and Compliance : -Adhere to OSHA safety standards (training available if needed).-Follow all Division 9 LLC protocols for site safety and quality assurance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.-Customer and Team Interaction : -Deliver professional and courteous service in residential and commercial settings.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines.-Equipment Use : -Utilize personal tools such as welders, kickers, cutters, and trowels (ownership of tools is a plus).
• Operate company-provided vehicles to and from job sites.Qualifications-Experience : -Minimum of 3 years in flooring installation, with expertise in vinyl flash coving and heat welding.
• Knowledge of commercial carpet installation and other flooring materials.-Licenses and Certifications : -Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass criminal and child abuse background checks.-Skills : -Strong communication and teamwork abilities.-Ability to read and execute floor plans and layouts.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards is preferred but not required (training provided).-Schedule-Full-time, Monday through Friday.
