Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Perform rough framing tasks for walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs for residential and light commercial projects.
- Construct, install, and repair structural frameworks and wood components, including walls, rafters, and staircases.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
- Work collaboratively with the construction team to complete projects efficiently and on time.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety guidelines.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in rough framing and structural carpentry.
- Highly motivated, dependable, and committed to producing quality work.
- Strong understanding of building codes, blueprints, and structural integrity.
- Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Have all necessary hand tools for framing carpentry.
