Full Job DescriptionLevel Construction & Engineering is seeking an experienced and dedicated Superintendent to lead and oversee on-site commercial construction operations. As a Superintendent, you will manage day-to-day activities on various projects, ensuring that all construction work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. At Level, excellence is at the core of everything we do, from design to completion.Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and to client satisfaction.-Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure proper execution of project plans and schedules.-Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and construction regulations, enforcing OSHA standards on the job site.-Manage and direct construction crews, ensuring clear communication and adherence to project specifications.-Conduct site inspections to monitor work quality, ensuring adherence to plans and design specifications.-Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process, collaborating with team members and clients to ensure project success.-Track and manage materials, tools, and resources, ensuring all are available as needed.-Ensure proper documentation of daily activities, including progress reports, safety reports, and time logs.-Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, maintaining open communication and providing project updates.The ideal candidate should possess : -Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Commercial and Multifamily Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.-Proven experience overseeing commercial, industrial, or large-scale multifamily development projects from start to finish.-Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.-Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering quality results.-Proficiency in reading blueprints, project specifications, and technical documents.-Strong communication and organizational skills, with a customer-focused approach.-Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft, Procore, Etc,) and tools.-Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites as needed.-Ability to pass a background check.Benefits : -Paid Time Off-Monthly Medical Stipend-Career Growth Opportunities-Work Life Balance-Performance or Annual Bonuses-Continued Training and Certifications-Truck AllowanceSchedule : -Full Time-Monday to Friday-Weekend Potential if neededWork Location : -Farmers Branch, TX and surrounding areas-DFW Greater MarketWhy Join Level Construction & Engineering?At Level Construction & Engineering, we believe that excellence in construction is achieved by combining knowledge, experience, and customer-focused service.
