- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation and lighting systems
- Dig trenches and lay piping for sprinkler systems
- Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed
- Perform general site cleanup, including removing debris and ensuring a safe work environment
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines on job sites
- Support skilled irrigation technicians and learn the trade through hands-on experience
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs., digging, bending, and standing for long periods
- Dependability and punctuality – must be able to arrive on time and work consistently
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety and ability to follow instructions
