Your Key Responsibilities : -Support lead glaziers in the installation and repair of glass in windows, doors, partitions, and storefronts.

• Learn to measure, cut, and shape glass under the guidance of skilled team members.-Safely load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
• Prepare job sites by maintaining cleanliness and organization before and after installations.-Operate basic hand tools and equipment such as caulk guns and levels safely and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment.-Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisors to ensure project efficiency.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed to support project completion.What We're Looking For : -Experience : -Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Construction or glazing experience preferred (, shower glass, auto glass, carpentry, measuring, leveling).-Skills : -Ability to use hand tools such as levels, caulk guns, and measuring equipment.
• Comfortable working on ladders and handling glass materials.-Physical Ability : -Able to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Additional Requirements : -Reliable transportation to job sites (valid driver's license is a plus).-Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
