is seeking a dedicated Facilities and Grounds Maintenance Specialist to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our 4-acre property, including yard, building maintenance, and more.

Who We Are : Master Docks, Inc. is a premier provider of custom floating boat docks, boat lift installations, and dock repairs across North Carolina, South Carolina, and North Georgia.

Responsibilities Include : -Property and Building Maintenance : Maintain the 4-acre property, including landscaping, yard work, and general upkeep.
Ensure buildings are well-maintained, clean, and organized.Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, caulking, and minor repairs.
- Material Handling : Handle deliveries, pick up materials, and drop off items as needed.Manage inventory and maintain the stock room to ensure supplies are organized and readily available.
- Coordination and Support : Coordinate with contractors for larger maintenance projects and ensure they are completed to company standards.
Oversee cleaning services and ensure they are performed satisfactorily.Perform various odd jobs and tasks as they arise to support the overall functionality of the property.
Driving Responsibilities : Safely operate a dump trailer, with the ability to drive trailers up to 45' for landfill deliveries.
Qualifications : -Proven experience in facilities and grounds maintenance or a similar role.-Strong handyman skills with the ability to perform basic repairs, maintenance, and upkeep tasks.
- Valid driver's license with experience driving trailers up to 45'.-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing inventory and coordinating tasks.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative in maintaining the property.-Ability to work outdoors, lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, bend, stand, sit, and work safely at all times.
