Key Responsibilities :
- Planting & Gardening : Install trees, shrubs, flowers, herbs, and vegetable gardens.
- Hardscaping : Perform excavation, natural stonework, paver installation, and retaining wall construction.
- Landscape Maintenance : Maintain edible landscapes, food forests, pollinator gardens, and medicinal herb beds.
- Design and Build : Construct and install custom hardscaping and wooden structures such as patios, retaining walls, raised garden beds, fences, pergolas, chicken coops and compost bins based on project designs and client specifications.
- General Landscaping : Weed, mulch, prune, and provide general plant care while maintaining clean and organized job sites.
- Basic Carpentry Skills (Preferred) :
Measuring and Cutting : Accurately measure and cut materials like wood, metal, or composites for outdoor features and framing and assembly.
