• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and motor graders with precision and care.
• Work collaboratively with site supervisors to execute project plans efficiently.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and ensure equipment is operating safely and effectively.
• Follow safety regulations and enforce compliance on-site.
• Contribute to the timely completion of projects, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and other earthmoving activities.

• Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator in civil or heavy highway construction.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with construction machinery.
• Strong understanding of equipment operation and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures for heavy equipment operation.
