- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and motor graders with precision and care.
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors to execute project plans efficiently.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and ensure equipment is operating safely and effectively.
- Follow safety regulations and enforce compliance on-site.
- Contribute to the timely completion of projects, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and other earthmoving activities.
- Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator in civil or heavy highway construction.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with construction machinery.
- Strong understanding of equipment operation and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures for heavy equipment operation.
