Machine Operators will work on heavy snow removal equipment during snow events, ensuring clear, safe pathways for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Who We Are : With a reputation for reliability, Lehigh Lawns & Landscaping Inc. provides high-quality landscaping and snow removal services across Dutchess, Putnam, and Westchester Counties.
Key Responsibilities : -Operate heavy snow removal machinery, including skid loaders, backhoes, and skid steers, to clear roads, sidewalks, and designated areas-Ensure equipment is maintained, safely operated, and cleaned post-operation-Respond promptly to on-call alerts for snow events and maintain availability 24 / 7 during the season-Communicate effectively with team members and site managers to meet client expectations-Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment checks to ensure safety and functionalityQualifications : -Proven experience operating heavy machinery, particularly in snow removal or similar settings-Valid NY driver's license with an insurable driving record-Ability to work on-call and respond quickly to unpredictable snow events-Must pass a background check and drug test-Optional experience with backhoes, excavators, and skid steers (preferred but not required)Benefits and Perks : -Weekly Pay Cycle for consistent cash flow-Project Completion Bonuses and Pay-Per-Performance Incentives based on dependability and service excellence-Referral Bonus Program for successful candidate referralsSchedule : -Seasonal, on-call work, dependent on snowfall.
