Full Job Description

Complete Development Inc is looking for skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating loaders, dozers, excavators, compactors, and other heavy machinery to assist in excavation, grading, and site preparation for construction projects. If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment and are looking for a full-time opportunity with 40 hours per week, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Operate loaders, dozers, excavators, and compactors for excavation, grading, and site preparation.
• Prepare construction sites for building, demolition, or excavation activities.
• Assist tradesmen and other machine operators in various construction tasks.
• Unload, transport, and distribute materials at job sites.
• Use equipment to break down old structures and clear debris.
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth to prepare sites for new construction.
• Spread, level, and smooth dirt, crushed concrete, and other materials.
• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of assigned equipment.
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures on-site.
• Set up and manage traffic control signals when needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating loaders, dozers, excavators, and compactors.
• Valid driver's license required (CDL license preferred).
• Ability to perform manual labor and work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Must be able to pass a background check (clean criminal background preferred).
