Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Hiring Strategy
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our recruitment team.
- Conduct hiring review calls to understand client hiring needs, company culture, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Provide strategic hiring recommendations, setting realistic expectations based on recruiting statistics.
- Regularly update clients on hiring progress, market trends, and recruitment challenges.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Oversee job posting optimization, ensuring all descriptions align with industry best practices.
- Monitor application flow and adjust sourcing strategies as needed.
- Work with recruiters to ensure qualified candidates are being sourced, screened, and presented to clients in a timely manner.
- Guide clients through interview coordination, feedback collection, and hiring decisions.
- Manage offer negotiation and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
- Directly manage a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet hiring targets and client expectations.
- Set clear performance goals and track key metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring success rates.
- Facilitate daily and weekly team meetings to address challenges, share best practices, and align recruitment strategies with client needs.
- Ensure consistent recruiter output and take proactive steps to address underperformance.
- 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or client account management, specifically in the construction field.
- Experience managing or mentoring recruiters, with a strong focus on performance and development.
- Strong understanding of labor market trends, hiring challenges, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent client management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable hiring insights.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience working in staffing, agency recruiting, or outsourced hiring services is a plus.
