Job Summary:
Brickworks Property Restoration is seeking a motivated In-Home Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales of foundation repair services.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, contractors, and property managers to identify sales opportunities.
- Conduct on-site assessments and evaluations of foundation issues.
- Provide accurate and detailed estimates to customers for foundation repair services.
- Present and explain product and service offerings to customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Follow up with customers to close sales and secure contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, contacts, and sales forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
- With prior experience in installing foundations and waterproofing.
- Knowledgeable in residential aspects such as gutters, siding and roofing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Knowledge of foundation repair techniques and services is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
