Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources Support:
- Assist with new hire paperwork and documentation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Coordinate employee benefits including health insurance, 401(k) plans, and life insurance.
- Plan and organize employee parties, events, and monthly team meetings.
- Maintain employee records, track birthdays and anniversaries, and recognize milestones.
- Schedule training trips, coordinate hotel stays, and handle travel logistics.
- Provide general HR support and assist employees with their benefits and work-related inquiries.
- Business Support Specialist Duties:
- Communicate directly with customers, handling welcome calls and equipment order calls.
- Address customer inquiries, screen concerns, and escalate as needed.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely support.
- Work with the Field Quality Control Technician and Install Manager to resolve customer issues.
- Perform job confirmation calls daily as directed by the Install Manager.
- Manage job documentation and reporting using Service Titan.
- Keep records of job bookings, backlog reports, purchase orders, inventory counts, and warranty registrations.
- Schedule permit processes and inspections while maintaining accurate reporting.
- Must have a valid drivers license and an insurable driving record.
- Experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role.
- Certification from HRCI or SHRM (preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members.
- Experience in customer service or business operations is a plus.
