- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to ensure the efficient functioning of HVAC equipment.-Adhere to Matrix HVAC standards, guidelines, and regulations, including safety protocols.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and inform clients of maintenance or repair needs.-Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relations.-Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
- EPA Certification is required.-Strong technical and problem-solving skills in HVAC system diagnosis and repair.-Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
