Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced HVAC technicians with the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Learn to install ductwork, thermostats, and other HVAC components.
- Carry and organize tools, equipment, and materials needed for job sites.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow company and industry safety protocols to ensure a secure work site.
- Provide excellent customer service while assisting with residential and commercial HVAC installations.
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and industry knowledge.
- No experience required—willing to train motivated individuals!
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn the HVAC trade.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments (attics, basements, outdoors).
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic mechanical skills.
- Must be drug-free at all times.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
- Paid Training & Certifications (including safety, technical, manufacturer training, OSHA, fall protection, lift operation, etc.).
