- Install, maintain, and repair residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues and provide effective solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance on various HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Ensure all installations comply with local HVAC codes and regulations.
- Work with customers to provide excellent service and clear communication.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Accurately document work performed and report any issues to management.
- Stay up to date with manufacturer training and industry certifications.
- Experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair (residential experience preferred).
- Must possess a valid S-D-B license.
- Strong understanding of HVAC mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety guidelines, fall protection, and lift operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
