• Install, maintain, and repair residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues and provide effective solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance on various HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Ensure all installations comply with local HVAC codes and regulations.
• Work with customers to provide excellent service and clear communication.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following OSHA and company safety protocols.
• Accurately document work performed and report any issues to management.
• Stay up to date with manufacturer training and industry certifications.

• Experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair (residential experience preferred).
• Must possess a valid S-D-B license.
• Strong understanding of HVAC mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety guidelines, fall protection, and lift operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.

• Full-time position
