Key Responsibilities
- Install and replace HVAC systems, including ductwork, thermostats, air handlers, compressors, and more
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications to complete system layouts and installations
- Collaborate with other trades on commercial construction job sites to ensure seamless integration of systems
- Maintain a safe and clean job site and comply with all company and OSHA safety standards
- Conduct system testing to ensure functionality, performance, and efficiency
- Provide outstanding customer service and represent TCFM professionally on all job sites
- Participate in training and certifications to stay current with industry best practices and safety protocols
- 2 years of HVAC installation experience (commercial experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, and controls
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting, climbing, heights, confined spaces, etc.)
- Must be dependable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
- No specific license required, but relevant certifications are a plus
- Willingness to travel to regional job sites as needed
