Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Lead and execute residential HVAC system installations (including ductwork, furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, mini splits, etc.)
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently
• Supervise junior techs/apprentices and ensure quality workmanship
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and job specifications
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Ensure all systems are installed in compliance with local codes and safety standards
• Communicate clearly with customers and project managers about progress and expectations
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good working order
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA Certification (Required)
• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification (Required)
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills
• Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
• High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
