This role involves performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently and reliably.
As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring our customers' comfort and satisfaction by providing high-quality maintenance services.

At Covenant, we combine quality workmanship with competitive rates to meet and exceed our customers' expectations.Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Conduct routine maintenance on various HVAC systems, including traditional and high-efficiency units.
- Inspect HVAC systems and components to identify potential issues and ensure they are operating efficiently.-Perform minor repairs and adjustments to HVAC systems, mini-splits, package units, central HVAC systems to maintain optimal performance.
- Replace filters, belts, and other components as part of regular maintenance.-Clean and lubricate parts to maintain proper functioning of HVAC systems.
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers about their HVAC systems.-Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC issues, escalating complex problems to senior technicians as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.-Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
The ideal candidate should possess : -Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, with a focus on both traditional and high-efficiency systems.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components, including their maintenance requirements.-Basic troubleshooting and repair skills for minor HVAC issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain maintenance procedures clearly to clients.
Ability to sell is a plus.-Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Valid HVAC technician certification and relevant EPA and State licenses and registration as required. NATE certificate is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.-Commitment to providing top-quality service and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
