Key Responsibilities

• Perform service, repair, and installation of residential, commercial, and federal HVAC/R systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation equipment.
• Interpret technical documents and blueprints with precision.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members to deliver top-tier service.
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response as needed.
• Travel to job sites (some overnight travel may be required with per diem).
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on HVAC/R experience.
• EPA Certification (Required).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration principles.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues independently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to work in various environments and weather conditions.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional travel required
