Pay Range: $22-$26 per hour (base hourly), plus SPIFFs and commission, with annual earning potential of $70,000-$95,000 depending on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Install and replace HVAC systems and associated components.
• Perform safety checks, inspections, and system performance evaluations.
• Educate customers on system operation and energy-saving practices.
• Build accurate estimates and recommend system upgrades to meet client needs.
• Maintain service records and uphold compliance with safety protocols.
  
  

Qualifications

• Required:
• Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (must be insurable).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must own hand tools, sheet metal tools, gauges, etc.
• Preferred:
• Experience with plumbing.
• Manufacturer certifications (e.g., OSHA, fall protection).
• Journeyman Experienced and EPA Card.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to upsell and provide tailored solutions.
• Additional Requirements:
• Pick up and drop off service vans and materials at the shop as needed.

Work Schedule and Location:

• Full-time: Monday-Friday, with rotating on-call schedules for evenings and weekends.
