Key Responsibilities : -Install, service, and maintain HVAC and oil-burning systems, including oil boilers and furnaces.-Meet with customers at their homes to provide professional evaluations, diagnose issues, and offer expert solutions.
- Educate customers on repair and replacement options using tech tools like iPads for creating estimates and work orders.-Effectively present and handle objections to close sales and collect payments.
- Perform repairs, replacements, and installations while adhering to safety standards and industry codes.-Manage and meet sales and installation KPIs to achieve performance bonuses and promotions.
- Provide top-tier customer service to ensure satisfaction and build trust.-Complete work independently and assist in training less experienced technicians.
- Occasionally work weekends with additional earning potential.Qualifications : -Experience : Minimum of 3 years in HVAC and oil burner systems, with expertise in oil boilers and oil furnaces preferred.
- Licenses / Certifications : Oil Burner License and EPA certification (preferred).-Skills : Strong technical ability, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to educate and guide customers through repair and replacement decisions.
- Technology : Experience with Service Titan software is a plus.-Requirements : Valid driver's license, ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
