Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC systems.
- Install and replace HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
- Handle ductwork installation and modification as needed.
- Respond promptly to service calls and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Accurately document services performed and materials used.
- Stay updated on industry standards and maintain compliance with safety protocols.
