Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity
- Troubleshoot issues related to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
- Install new HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Accurately document work completed, including parts used and time spent on each job
- Provide recommendations to customers regarding system efficiency and necessary repairs
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete jobs in a timely and efficient manner
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair
- Ability to work with residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
- Must provide their own basic tools
- Comfortable working in various environments and weather conditions
- Must be organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
