Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot HVAC equipment to identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure installations comply with local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including service reports and client feedback.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with clients.
• Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure HVAC systems operate at peak efficiency.
• Stay updated on new HVAC technologies and participate in training programs as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and servicing.
• Must hold a valid EPA certification.
• Proficiency in diagnostics and troubleshooting HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to participate in safety and technical training programs.
• Must provide basic tools. All specialty tools provided.
