Light Electric Co., Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Electrician specializing in Industrial Controls to join our team. As a Lead Electrician, you will be responsible for leading a team on-site, ensuring the successful installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex industrial electrical systems. This role requires a Journeyman Electrician with 5-10 years of experience in industrial controls and a proven track record of leadership and project management.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Team Leadership :
Lead and supervise a team of electricians on-site, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical control systems, including PLCs, motor controls, and automation systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues in industrial control systems, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to review project specifications, blueprints, and requirements.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, inspection logs, and maintenance documentation.
Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
The ideal candidate should possess :
5-10 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician with a focus on industrial controls and automation.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
Valid Journeyman Electrician license.
