Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings
- Ensure work complies with relevant codes (NEC and local building codes)
- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine project specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently and safely
- Collaborate with other electricians and apprentices on job sites
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors
- Mentor apprentices and share knowledge as part of the company's mentor culture
- Travel to out-of-town job sites as required (per diem provided)
- Active Utah Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
- Minimum 4 years of residential and commercial electrical experience
- Proficiency with NEC codes and local regulations
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, climb, working at heights, ladders, on lifts, and various weather conditions year-round
- Experienced in running a team of electricians onsite
- Tech-savvy (use of smartphone/tablet for documentation and communication)
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
- Willingness to train and mentor others is highly preferred.
- License and transportation and ability to pass a background clearance
