Key Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics.
- Perform preventative maintenance and ensure all systems are functioning properly.
- Work on control panels, circuits, motors, and power distribution systems.
- Ensure all work complies with OSHA, NEC, and local electrical codes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Document work completed, materials used, and hours worked using a smartphone or tablet.
- Participate in technical and safety training, including manufacturer training, OSHA courses, and specialized electrical certifications.
- Travel to project sites as needed (per diem provided for travel assignments).
- Minimum of 4 of electrical experience in commercial & industrial.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical circuits, control panels, and power systems.
- Strong knowledge of NEC regulations and OSHA safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel for projects when necessary.
- Should have personal basic electrical tools.
