JM Mechanical is seeking an experienced Journeyman HVAC Commercial Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in commercial buildings. You will work closely with our team of technicians and project managers to ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• System Installation: Install HVAC systems in commercial buildings, including air conditioning units, heating systems, ductwork, and ventilation systems.
• Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC systems, providing efficient and effective solutions.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including technicians, project managers, and contractors, to ensure project success.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work meets JM Mechanical's high standards of quality and is completed on time and within budget.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

• Valid Kentucky Journeyman HVAC License.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
