Responsibilities (include But Are Not Limited To)
- Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform ductwork installation and modifications as needed.
- Ensure proper system start-up, testing, and troubleshooting for optimal performance.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols, including OSHA standards.
- Work efficiently on prevailing wage projects when applicable.
- Collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project completion.
- Keep up with the latest industry advancements through manufacturer training and safety certifications.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
- Journeyman HVAC license required.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
