At Quality, you'll find a work culture that emphasizes teamwork, respect, and professional growth.Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To : -Install, repair, and maintain complete plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings.-Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and building specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.-Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and equipment malfunctions, ensuring optimal performance.-Lead and oversee crews of 2-10 plumbers, providing effective leadership, guidance, and mentorship to apprentices.-Ensure all work complies with engineering specifications, local plumbing codes, and safety regulations.-Attend weekly job meetings and coordinate with the General Contractor's on-site Supervisor throughout the project duration.-Maintain accurate and detailed work logs, including job sites, time, equipment, materials used, and recommendations for follow-up.-Demonstrate motivation and flexibility to work on both residential and commercial job sites, ensuring superior quality and customer satisfaction.-Provide exceptional customer service, especially when working in high-end residential homes, maintaining a professional demeanor.-Be proactive in training and mentoring apprentices to help them grow and develop in their plumbing careers.Qualifications : -Licensing : Valid Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in MI.-Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Lead Plumber, working in residential and commercial settings.-Technical Skills : Proficient in reading blueprints and using power and hand tools.
