This position requires someone with hands-on landscaping experience who can effectively lead a crew, manage project timelines, and ensure high-quality work. If you're looking to be part of a company that values its employees and offers room to grow, this is the place for you.Key Responsibilities : -Lead and manage a landscaping crew to complete high-quality residential and commercial projects.-Oversee installation and maintenance tasks, including irrigation, drainage, artificial turf, lighting, and more.-Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.-Provide clear instructions to crew members, delegate tasks, and monitor progress.-Maintain and ensure proper use of equipment and tools to keep them in good working condition.-Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and crew members to address any issues or changes to project plans.-Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.-Assist with hands-on work as needed, including planting, grading, mulching, and irrigation.-Complete and submit job-related paperwork accurately and on time.Qualifications : -Two or more years of experience in landscaping or a related field (preferred).-Proven leadership ability with experience managing a crew.-Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and equipment.-Experience operating heavy equipment, including skid steers, excavators, and other machinery (required).-Valid driver's license (mandatory).-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.-Ability to read and interpret landscaping plans or blueprints (preferred but not required).-Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.-Required : Valid Drivers License with the ability to drive a truck and trailer as needed.What We Offer : -Competitive pay based on experience-Opportunities for career growth and advancement-Monthly profit sharing-Weekly pay cycle-Overtime potential and project completion bonuses-Life and disability insurance options (including basic life, supplemental life, short-term disability, and long-term disability)-Travel projects with per diem-Paid training programs, manufacturer training, and safety certifications (OSHA, fall protection, lift training, etc.)-Smartphone or tablet provided for work-Uniforms and safety gear provided-Company truck for work-related travelWork Schedule : -Full-time, Monday to Friday-Some flexibility for overtime and weekend work as neededWork Location : -Youngsville, LA-Some travel may be required for projectsJoin Our Growing Team!If you're an experienced landscape professional looking for a leadership role with a company that values your skills and career growth, apply today.
