Our expertise includes the installation and construction of complete landscapes, comprehensive landscape maintenance, comprehensive property management, lawn care, and seasonal enhancements.Paragon Landscaping Corporation is a well-organized, progressive company providing top pay, excellent benefits, and beautiful places to work outdoors for highly motivated and ambitious individuals!Key Responsibilities-Follow instruction and training from landscape foreman-Learn and practice all safety practices and protocols-Strong attention to detail-Work as part of a team with supervision from landscape foreman to execute completely and safely all landscape projects within project time allotments-Projects include complete landscape construction projects, landscape planting installations, seasonal container and bedding plant installations, spring clean ups, edging and mulching, fertilization, insect and disease control, general garden care, pruning, fall clean ups-Operate various landscape hand tools and equipment including : ventrac tractors, sod cutters, rototillers, blowers, hedge trimmers, pruning equipment, lawn mowers and line trimmers-Communicate with staff and clients in a polite and courteous manner-Comply with all company policies and regulationsKNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS : -Experience in the landscape industry is preferred but not necessary.-Valid Pennsylvania driver's license is preferred but not necessary.-Willingness to take instruction and constructive criticism from senior staff-Willingness to participate in training and education programs for further advancement in company-Display accountability for work being performed-Display a commitment to safety and practicing safe work behaviors.WORKING CONDITIONS : Work requires the ability to lift 100 lbs. on occasion, and frequently transport plant material around the job site up to 50 lbs. Physical requirements also include lifting, bending, walking, carrying, and pushing equipment on a continual basis. This position works outdoors in various weather conditions.
