We provide a supportive work environment, top-notch equipment, competitive pay, and benefits, making us one of the best landscape companies to work for in the region.Key Responsibilities-Assist with landscape installation, including patios, rock features, grading, and plant installations-Operate skid steers, excavators, and trailers as needed for site preparation and material handling-Perform basic irrigation installation and adjustments-Work with a team to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality workmanship-Follow safety protocols and use provided safety equipment-Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and workspaces-Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers-Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project success-Follow instructions and stay on task throughout the work dayQualifications-Experience in landscape installation or a similar construction-related field-Ability to operate machinery and tools, including skid steers, excavators, and trailers-Strong understanding of grading, patio construction, rock work, and plant installation-Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in outdoor conditions-Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to work well in a team-Willingness to learn and follow company-specific installation methods-Valid driver's license and clean driving record (no DUIs) are a mustBenefits-Weekly Pay Cycle-Bilingual Pay Incentive : -An additional $5 / hour will be offered to candidates who are fluent in Spanish for the positions of Landscape Crew Leader and Landscape Team Member.
