Key Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape installation, including patios, rock features, grading, and plant installations.
• Operate skid steers, excavators, and trailers as needed for site preparation and material handling.
• Perform basic irrigation installation and adjustments.
• Work with a team to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Follow safety protocols and use provided safety equipment.
• Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and workspaces.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project success.
• Follow instructions and stay on task throughout the work day.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape installation or a similar construction-related field.
• Ability to operate machinery and tools, including skid steers, excavators, and trailers.
• Strong understanding of grading, patio construction, rock work, and plant installation.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in outdoor conditions.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn and follow company-specific installation methods.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (no DUIs) are a must.
