Key Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of residential ductless heat pump systems and other HVAC equipment.
• Perform service and maintenance on installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Supervise and mentor junior installers and apprentices.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues with efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure all work is performed according to local code, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Collaborate with electricians and project managers to coordinate multi-trade installations.
• Complete detailed job reports and communicate effectively with clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, vehicle, and equipment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation and service experience.
• Proven leadership ability in field operations.
• Strong knowledge of ductless heat pump systems (installation and servicing).
• EPA Certification (Required or ability to obtain).
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Tech-savvy - comfortable using tablets or smartphones on the job.

Schedule

• Full-Time, Monday to Friday
