Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, promoting growth and skill development.
• Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Maintain clear communication with clients to address concerns and recommend solutions.
• Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Utilize NATE certification knowledge to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
• Support the sales team by providing insights into system upgrades and add-ons.
• Participate in training programs and certifications to stay updated on industry advancements.
  
  

Qualifications

• NATE Certified (mandatory).
• Proven experience in residential HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficient with tools, diagnostic equipment, and industry software.
