Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and train installation team members.
• Manage daily job schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Foster a culture of professionalism, safety, and teamwork.
• Installation Execution
• Take precise measurements and direct team members through installations.
• Perform and oversee installations of window treatments and pergolas.
• Review job details in advance and resolve on-site challenges.
• Ensure complete site prep and clean-up, including furniture reset.
• Customer Interaction
• Serve as the client's main contact on-site, answering questions and resolving issues.
• Provide instructions on operating and maintaining installed products.
• Maintain a professional presence, respecting client property at all times.
• Pre & Post Install Duties
• Conduct accurate check measures and take comprehensive site photos.
• Complete detailed Job Recaps using the company app before leaving the job.
• Quality Assurance
• Inspect final installs for defects or issues and resolve them promptly.
• Ensure projects meet both company standards and customer expectations.
• Safety Compliance
• Enforce company safety protocols and ensure safe tool usage.
• Promote and uphold a safe worksite environment.
• Communication & Coordination
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Ops, and Install teams.
• Provide ongoing feedback to improve job processes and outcomes.
• Warehouse & Inventory
• Oversee shipment unpacking and part verification.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with Operations for replenishment.
• Maintain a clean and functional workspace, managing recycling and disposal.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Log materials used and gather customer feedback.
• Ensure timely and complete Job Recaps with every installation.
  

Qualifications

• Experience in similar installation or construction roles is required.
• Leadership experience preferred; must be able to train and motivate team members.
• Technically proficient with tools, hardware, and product installations.
• Detail-oriented and focused on delivering premium results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple jobs, timelines, and team dynamics.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders and lifts, work in tight spaces, working in various weather conditions.
• OSHA, forklift training, and man lift training are a plus.
• Must be reliable, trustworthy, and safety-conscious.
• Valid driver's license preferred; must be able to travel locally.

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Occasional travel to job sites across Oahu and neighboring islands
