Our team specializes in delivering top-tier wireless infrastructure services nationwide, and we are committed to training, developing, and supporting our employees to help them excel in their careers.Visit us at to learn more about our company and what sets us apart!Key Responsibilities : -Supervise a 4-man crew and ensure compliance with project scope of work (SOW).-Maintain a safe and organized job site, enforcing company and industry safety standards.-Perform construction, repair, and maintenance on cell towers, antennas, and lighting systems.-Manage and maintain telecommunication and wireless network systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.-Install, upgrade, and replace antennas, radios, pipes, and tower booms.-Operate and interpret survey equipment, test equipment (Sweeps, PIM, Fiber, Microwave, etc.), and site closeout software (, Talonview).-Read and understand construction drawings to execute tasks efficiently.-Stack cell phone towers while ensuring structural integrity and crew safety.-Climb towers 100 feet and higher using proper climbing and safety gear.-Travel across the , installations, and maintenance projects.-Work outdoors in varied weather conditions and be available for on-call, weekend, and rotational assignments.Qualifications : -Required Certifications : -NWSA TTT-I Certification (in process or higher)-Rigging Certification-First Aid / CPR Certification-OSHA 30-RF Radiation & Safety Awareness-Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and Adobe PDF.-Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at extreme heights.-Must pass drug test, background check, and physical exam.-Valid driver's license required.-Must be willing to travel 75% of time if needed (gone a week at a time)Compensation & Benefits : -401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching-Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance (Short-Term & Long-Term)-Paid Time Off (Holidays, Vacation, Sick Days)-Company-paid safety equipment (helmets, gloves, harnesses, etc.)-Travel perks - Company-paid hotel rooms, per diem via direct deposit-Company-provided vehicles for job site transportation-Career growth & training opportunities : -Technical and safety certifications (OSHA, Fall Protection, Manufacturer Training, etc.)-Rapid advancement for those eager to learn and lead!-Company events : BBQs, holiday parties, annual fishing / hunting trips, concerts, ball games, and more!Work Schedule & Location : -Full-Time | Nationwide Travel Required (Deployments up to 1 month at a time)-Rotational assignments, including evenings and weekends as neededJoin Rothmeyer TEC Inc Today!If you're an experienced Lead Tower Technician ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you!
