Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Supervise and lead a crew in the installation, maintenance, and repair of water line systems.
- Operate a mini excavator proficiently for trenching, excavating, and other installation tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and technical specifications to ensure accurate installations.
- Plan and delegate tasks to crew members to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local and industry regulations.
- Perform hands-on work, including pipe fitting and system connections, as needed.
- Inspect equipment, materials, and completed work to maintain high-quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients regarding project progress and any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in water line installation or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience as a foreman or team lead.
- Ability to operate a mini excavator with proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of water line systems, equipment, and tools.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
