In this hands-on role, you'll install and repair windows and glazing systems with precision and care. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Install and replace a variety of windows and glazing systems in residential and commercial settings
• Measure, cut, and fit glass and window frames with high precision
• Seal and insulate window systems for proper energy efficiency and water resistance
• Operate power tools, lifts, and other installation equipment safely
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and quality workmanship
• Follow safety procedures and utilize company-provided safety equipment
• Collaborate closely with the team and project managers to meet timelines
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in window installation and glazing
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial window systems
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and ability to lift 50 lbs
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Ability to pull a trailer is a plus!
• OSHA, lift, and fall protection training is a plus (can be provided)

• Full-Time, Monday through Friday
