Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Overseeing all phases of construction from pre-construction to completion.
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
- Managing and maintaining detailed project schedules and budgets to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests professionally.
- Providing regular project updates to clients, including budget status, timeline progress, and any challenges.
- Ensuring all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and organized.
- Resolving conflicts or construction issues proactively to keep projects on track.
- 5 years of experience in residential custom home project management.
- 4 years of ground-up and renovation experience with luxury custom homes.
- 5 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- A problem-solver who thrives under pressure and makes informed decisions.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proven ability to manage project timelines and budgets efficiently.
- Demonstrated success leading multiple construction projects in various phases.
