Key Responsibilities

• We are looking for a full-time Property Maintenance Foreman with experience in the following:
• Manage and train crew members daily
• Safely operate landscape equipment, such as commercial mowers, weed-eaters, blowers, truck driving, and other equipment necessary to perform daily tasks.
• Duties include, but are not limited to, digging holes, planting trees and shrubs, laying Sod, and irrigation repairs.
• Complete daily time sheets
• Overseeing jobs and ensuring they are performed in accordance with industry and company standards
• Communicating plans and production goals with crew members and clients
• Ensuring all safety and maintenance procedures are followed
• Maintaining a clean vehicle and equipment
• Completing paperwork and information pertaining to the job
• Interacting with clients to ensure job satisfaction
• Assessing progress and making recommendations to ensure the route is complete
• Make sure each property is finished with the highest quality standards
• Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
  
  

Job Requirements

• A valid Driver's License.
• Two - Three years minimum of practical experience with a solid work history in the green or similar industries.
• Have Two - Three years of experience managing landscape maintenance crews
• Be willing and able to lift 50 pounds
• Be able to operate standard landscaping machinery
• Be able to work variable hours, which may include weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Strong leadership and ability to work in a team environment
