Responsibilities
- Engage with Potential Clients: Make outbound calls to introduce TCC's hiring solutions, generate interest, and build relationships.
- Qualify & Schedule Appointments: Secure high-quality meetings for our sales team to drive conversions and revenue.
- Handle Inbound Calls: Manage incoming inquiries on the main office line and direct leads accordingly.
- Own the CRM: Keep our HubSpot CRM updated with every interaction, ensuring seamless communication between sales and prospects.
- Follow Up Like a Pro: Maintain consistent outreach to ensure no opportunity is left behind.
- Collaborate with Sales: Align schedules, confirm same-day appointments, and refine appointment-setting strategies.
- Stay Industry-Savvy: Keep up with market trends and identify new opportunities to drive business growth.
- Contribute Ideas: Bring fresh insights to improve lead generation and streamline our sales funnel.
- 1 years of experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role (Preferably in B2B. Construction a plus).
- Background in sales or customer service with experience handling inbound and outbound prospecting.- comfortable making a high volume of calls 100 per day, handling objections, and setting appointments.
- Ability to qualify leads effectively - using criteria such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or similar methodologies.
- Tech-savvy with experience using HubSpot CRM and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Goal-driven and results-oriented, with a hunger to exceed targets and make an impact. able to track performance, analyze lead conversion rates, and optimize outreach strategies.
- Adaptable and resourceful-able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
